A person answers,
not a ticket queue.

Support is a Telegram chat with a human, usually answered within an hour. This page lists every way to reach Cypher VPN, what each channel is for, and what we will never ask you for.

Channels

Three ways to reach us

One is a person, one is a bot, one is a mailbox. Pick by what you need, not by what is closest.

Telegram support

A person, not a bot. Connection problems, a payment that has not shown up, a slow location, a refund under the 24-hour guarantee. Usually within an hour, always within a day.

Telegram bot

The store inside Telegram, running 24/7: buy a plan, check when it ends, get your config again. No human needed - and when one is, the bot points you to support.

Email

For everything that is not support: legal notices, partnership and referral questions, data requests, press. Answered within two business days.

Which channel for what

Anything about a running subscription goes to Telegram support: a config that will not connect, a location that feels slow, a payment that has not arrived, a refund within the first 24 hours. Include the login of your order - the random string your browser generated at checkout - and the platform you are on. That is all support needs to find the order; there is nothing else to send.

The bot is for buying and self-service. It sells plans, shows when a subscription ends and hands out the config again if you lost it. It runs without a person and cannot make exceptions, which is exactly why it is fast.

Email is for the rest: a legal or law-enforcement request, a partnership or referral proposal, a directory or press question, a request about the data we hold. It is the mailbox the company already publishes for Cypher eSIM - one team runs both products. Support questions sent there get redirected to Telegram, which is quicker.

What we will not ask you for

Buying Cypher VPN needs no name, no email address and no phone number, and nothing on this page changes that. To find your order, support asks for its login, which is random characters and says nothing about you. We never ask for an ID, a photo, a card number, a screenshot of your wallet or remote access to your device. Anyone asking for those in our name is not us.

What we can and cannot answer

A legal request gets the same answer as a data request: we hold the order itself - plan, amount paid, expiry - and nothing about the traffic, the DNS queries or the addresses you connect from. There is no account to hand over and no history to search. The privacy page lists this in full, including the two honest exceptions.

Before you write

Most questions are already answered on the site:

Who runs Cypher VPN - the people, the reasons and the limits we will not paper over.

What we log and what we refuse to - the complete list, with the exceptions spelled out.

Terms and the 24-hour refund guarantee - what you get, and what happens when it does not work.

Setup guides for iPhone, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux and routers, and the FAQ on the home page for keys, payments and expiry.

Who you are writing to

Cypher VPN is run by LTD Cypher, the company behind Cypher eSIM. We do not publish a postal address on the site; legal requests reach the company through the email above. The channels on this page are read by the same people who build the product.

Three locations, unlimited data, from $1.99 a week or $4.99 a month.

No email, no card, no name on the order.
