We check every location every few minutes. This page shows what the last check found.
Every five minutes our server does two things for each location. It asks the server's control panel whether the VPN service is switched on, and it opens a connection to the port your app connects to. If both work, the location is Up. If either fails, it shows Down until a check passes again.
Uptime is the share of checks that passed over the last 30 days. Where we have less history than that, the date we started counting is shown under the number.
It checks our side only. If a location shows Up but your app won't connect, the cause is usually on the way to us: a network that blocks VPN traffic, or an old config. Try another location first.
For this page we store one thing per location per day: how many checks ran and how many passed. Nothing about you or your connection is part of it.
